I just had koi for the first time. I had the signature dish with braised short rib and it was so good. The meat was tender and flavorful, the broth was rich and savory and the egg was perfect (my favorite part). I added bean sprouts because I love a little crunch and it was great. Service was great too. Definitely coming back to try more things.
Really lovely establishment with a comfortable and an inviting vibe. I got to seat myself which was fun! I ordered a salad and vegetable noodle soup with egg ramen and loved both. They have chopsticks at all the tables but you can ask for forks. The food was fresh and not heavy and I am excited to go back and try more dishes!
I got the Yin and Yang noodles with braised beef and it was hands down one of the best noodles I've had! Flavorful with just the right amount of spice but you can always go spicer. The fried egg tofu was also great. Service was on point and the aesthetic is beautiful, 100% coming back again.
