Noodles & Soups
Originating in Northwestern China, Lanzhou beef noodle soup is a classic street dish known for its bright and savory beef broth, hand-pulled noodles, and comforting, everyday appeal. Each of our signature bowls contains exactly that, topped with mountain jelly, sweet corn, boiled egg and fresh scallions. Please select from our variety of flavorful and tender cuts: wagyu short rib, wagyu brisket, bulgogi short rib, 5 spice beef shank, Sichuan beef shank, or Kurobuta pork belly

Vegetarian or Vegan • The classic made vegetarian: our signature broth (vegan) loaded with hand-pulled noodles, sweet corn, broccolini, carrots, woodear mushrooms, mountain jelly, fresh scallions & seasoned egg tofu.
